How it works + Reserve your space

Are you a student looking for a place to stay in Bloemfontein?

Understand how our business/contracts work for Second Semester occupancy.

1. Our contract is from day you occupy.  Preferable the 1st of a month.
2. December you pay Pro-Rata only for the days you stay @ R150 per day.
3. DEPOSIT = ZERO.
4. Contract + Admin fee (C+A Fee)= NONE
5. ALL room prices for NSFAS Beneficiaries (irrelevant if it is a single or sharing), will be the FULL NSFAS Cap. 
6. There will thus be NO TOP UP for NSFAS Beneficiaries.
7. Self-Paying Students can negotiate a minimum Rent.
8.  NSFAS Tenants must be able to pay R2000 rent per month until NSFAS make payments. (Self- Paying Tenants = Full rent per month)
9. REFUNDS within 7 days after NSFAS make payment will apply.
10. VIEWINGS: Daily timeslots available.

12. SHUTTLE SERVICE:  3rd Party Shuttle Service options are available.  More details will be provided in our contracts.

NB:  If you are a NSFAS Bursary student, we need to know the following, before a reservation:

A.  What year will you be studying during 2025?

B.  Do you currently use NSFAS PA?

C.  What is your current NSFAS status.  Supply proof showing the date on screenshot as on your NSFAS portal. (Go to “Application Tracker, Then Application Details, Then the Current Status, it must be on today’s date)

D.  Did you apply for travelling allowance?

E.  Did you apply for On-Campus accommodation?

F.  Where are your studies for 2025? South Campus or Main Campus.

G.  Did you study the 1st Semester?

If “Yes”, Where did you stay?
