WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

1.) Our Private accommodation is for MAIN CAMPUS students only. (We are too far from South Campus)
2.) We only accommodate students taking YEAR classes
3.) Our contracts are 10 months: From 1 February to end November)
4.) January and December YOU pay R150/day to stay (NSFAS don't pay for these months)
5.) Deposit + Admin Fees = ZERO
6.) RESERVATION FEE = NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU pay this to reserve a room (NSFAS don't pay this)
7.) Reservation Fee = R1500 for sharing rooms or 3 payments x R500 (NSFAS don't pay this)
8.) Reservation Fee = R2500 for single rooms, flatlet + bachelor flats or 3 payments x R850 (NSFAS don't pay this
9.) ALL room prices for NSFAS Beneficiaries = R5100/month over 10 months irrelevant if it is a single or a sharing, with NO TOP UP if the NSFAS cap is announced and it is less than the rent amount
10.) Bachelor prices for NSFAS + Self Paying students = R5100, it will thus be determined if a TOP UP is required for NSFAS students once the cap is announced
11.) Room prices for Self-paying students will be R4700/month for single/sharing
12.) NSFAS students=NO RENT till NSFS make payments
13.) IMPORTANT: NO cancellations is allowed for anyone until the Landlord received up to date payments from either NSFAS/Tenants or Self-paying Tenants. NO CANCELLATIONS allowed during the last quarter of the year
14.) NB: if NSFAS for some reason defund you or don't make rent payments to the Landlord, your Parent/Guardian will be liable for the rent
15.) VIEWINGS can be arranged AFTER APPROVAL of the application form on whatsapp at 0815032264 or 0730167119
16.) Daily Viewing timeslots is available at 14:00 at the office (208Pres Paul Kruger Ave)
17.) 3rd Party SHUTTLE SERVICE options are available. More details will be provided in our contracts
18.) All Communication will be strictly between 8am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays. Communication received before or after those hours will be replied too during the said timeframes.
